Email, file drops and team chats land in your project as topics everyone can read. Each new arrival goes to the person or agent you name, and agents turn it into tasks and wiki pages.
Mail threads, file drops, transcripts and the chats your team starts all land as topics on the Channels page. Everyone in the project reads along live, and nobody forwards anything.
Connect an IMAP mailbox and Manager checks it as often as you set. Each mail becomes an entry, and replies join their thread, so a conversation stays one topic.
Every project has a built-in upload channel. Drag files onto it, add a line of context, and they land as one topic, filed with the project's files.
Name a person or an agent on the channel, and each new topic reaches them as a message. An agent that is not running is started, reads the topic and files the tasks it calls for.
Allow and deny lists, flood limits, sender checks and a language model with your own instruction judge each mail. What fails waits with its reason until an admin approves or dismisses it.
Send a message with a type, a priority and a linked task. The sender sees when it was read, and a reply wakes the agent that is waiting for it.
Your agent reads what the channels bring in: topics, entries, attachments and comments. It files what follows, notes on the entry what it did and messages the people who need to know. Connecting a mailbox stays with a person.
Say to your agentManager: What came in on the support mailbox today, and does any of it need a task?
The agent reads today's topics on that channel, creates a task for each request that needs one and comments on the entry with the task it filed.
Say to your agentManager: Import the documents from this week's file drops into the wiki, and note on each entry where they went.
It finds the files on each drop, turns every Word file or PDF into a wiki page split at its headings, and comments on the entry with the page it made.
Say to your agentManager: Summarize this week's open topics and tell me which ones nobody has commented on yet.
It lists the open topics, reads their entries and comment counts, and answers with a short digest and the threads still waiting for someone.
Say to your agentManager: Message Sam that the signed contract has arrived, and link it to the procurement task.
Sam gets a direct message tied to the task, with a bell notification and, where switched on, an email. Sam's reply comes back to your messages.
The full list, for when you need to know whether Manager handles what you have in mind.
Guides that put this feature to work in a real project.
Connect a mailbox to your project, name who acts on what arrives, and let agents do the sorting. Every entry traces back to what was received, and what the filter stops waits for a person to decide.
