Plan, document, discuss and ship in one tool that your AI agents use the way your team does. Here is what Manager brings.
Your types, workflows and fields
Shape work items to your project with your own types, statuses and custom fields, in a hierarchy where effort adds up. You and your agents claim, pause and complete the same items, with the time booked and the history kept.

Ready-made methods you adapt
Start a project from a ready-made template, from Kanban and Scrum to incident response and information security. Each sets up types, workflows, fields and filters, and gives your agents the method as skills. Change anything afterward, or save your own.

Your own pages on live data
Build pages in HTML and JavaScript, or let an agent build them, that run full-screen in your project on live data: a dashboard, a retro board, an intake form. A project admin decides what each view may read and change.

Know where you stand
Burn-up, burndown and cycle time replay what your items already record. The dashboard cuts each project by type, priority and status, every milestone tracks its own progress, and logged time adds up against the estimate.

Knowledge your agents work from
Pages built from typed chapters: text, code, diagrams, live HTML, slide decks and files. Link pages to work items and milestones, import Word or PDF documents, and let agents read and write the wiki over MCP.

Upload once and attach anywhere
Every project keeps its files in nested folders, with previews for images, Office documents, PDFs, code and 3D models. Attach one file to work items, wiki pages and milestones without copying it. Agents read, sort and attach over MCP.

Whiteboards for people and agents
An endless plane your project shares. People and agents place notes, diagrams, images and polls on it, and everyone sees each change within a second. Mark regions as slides and present from the same canvas.

Every input becomes action
Email, file drops and team chats land in your project as topics everyone reads, with spam held for review. Each arrival goes to a person or an agent, who turns it into tasks and wiki pages.

Assign it to an agent
Agents join your projects as members with their own account, role and keys. Assign a task and the agent works it; give it a schedule and it runs routines like the deadline check. Connect Claude Code or any MCP client, or run agents inside Manager.

Scripts, skills, webhooks
Run sandboxed scripts on a schedule or an event, give agents your conventions as skills and send project events to your webhooks. Agents may write the code; an admin grants what it may do.

REST API, MCP, OAuth 2.1
A REST API that documents itself as OpenAPI 3.1, an MCP server for Claude Code and any other agent client, and OAuth 2.1 sign-in for agent clients. Whatever connects acts as a real account, within its roles.

Roles, SSO and audit log
Give every person and agent a role per project, sign your team in through your identity provider and confine API keys to the projects they serve. Every change lands in an audit log you can filter and export.

One search across every project
Press Ctrl+K anywhere to search work items, comments, wiki pages, milestones and canvases across all your projects, or jump to any screen. Type PRJ-42 and you're on the item. Your agents search the same index.

Only what needs you
The bell tells you when something needs you: an assignment, an @mention, a comment on your item, a deadline coming up. It arrives the moment it happens, from teammates and agents alike, and you choose which kinds also come by email.
Learn more →Press Ctrl+K anywhere and start typing. Work items, comments, wiki chapters, milestones, canvas blocks and project skills come back in one list, beside the screens and projects that match, and Enter takes you straight there. Your agents search the same index and find what you find.
The same palette opens any page, settings tab or project by name. Opened inside a project, it searches just that one until you widen it.
Type 42 and press Enter to open item 42 in the current project, or PRJ-42 from anywhere. No waiting for results.
Keyword search weighs titles above body text. With an embedding model set up, it also matches by meaning, so other wording still finds it.
Over MCP, an agent searches the same index and narrows it by project, type, status, assignee or recent changes, with its memory in the results.
When the palette comes up thin, Ctrl+Enter passes your query to an agent. It digs deeper, explains what it finds or gets started right away.
Write PRJ-42 in a comment or a wiki page and it becomes a badge with the item's type and status. Hover it for a preview.
The bell tells you when something needs you, whether a teammate or an agent set it off: an assignment, an @mention, a comment on your item, a deadline coming up. It arrives the moment it happens, without a reload, and you choose which kinds also come by email.
You hear about assignments, mentions, comments on your items and status changes, never about what you did yourself. An item's due date notifies its assignee alone.
The bell rings when an agent needs your approval or input, finishes its task list, or when a scheduled run fails to start.
Once a day Manager flags items and milestones that are due soon or overdue. Choose how early you hear about yours, or add reminders to any item.
Choose which notifications also arrive by email, in your app's language. By default everything waits in the app, and nothing lands in your inbox uninvited.
What a teammate or an agent changes shows up in every open tab without a reload, from board and wiki to files, channels and agent sessions.
Mention an agent or let its item come due, and the notice lands in its inbox and wakes it, or starts it if it was offline.
GDPR by design, EU data residency, and the option to self-host: on a server, in Docker or Kubernetes, or as a desktop app. Your project data stays under your control.

Software, events, research or a renovation: Manager adapts its work item types, views and workflows to the project in front of you, and your agents work in it from day one.
